While continuing to do this throughout a number of years, I’ve realized that being able to collaborate efficiently and deliver according to my clients need for each individual project gives me a satisfactory feeling and sense of accomplishment.

It is also while doing this, the realization come to mind of starting a design consulting business online where I can provide drafting services to Architects, Engineers and Contractors. A few years later I seized the opportunity and created a platform primarily to share my knowledge and experience to a wider audience.

The outcome was DD&D, a website where I blog about AutoCAD Tips, Fire Alarm Drafting, Productivity Tips for Drafters and designers while offering my expertise in Fire Alarm Systems Design to potential clients.

Who is Behind it?

Ricardo Douglas is a Fire Alarm Systems Designer who is experienced and skilled at using a variety of Autodesk AutoCAD design products to create different types of drawing. He currently holds a degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design and works as a Fire Alarm Systems Designer with a local Fire Alarm Company in the Miami/ FT. Lauderdale area.
